Customers may only return a product in the following cases:

  • If the quantity of products delivered does not match the quantity in the order.
  • If the box has been seriously damaged in such a way that the quality of the products is affected, in which case this must be communicated to the driver and recorded on the delivery docket.
  • If the products received do not match the order placed.

In the case of incidents in delivery or if the customer wishes to return a product(s), must be notified within five days from the date the product is received. To do this, please contact us by email.

In the case of damaged packaging, the customer must not accept the delivery, communicating to the courier driver that it is rejected, or accepted, indicating the defect on the delivery docket and contacting Vicente Gandia Winery, always within 24 hours following delivery.

In the case of defective product returns will refund the cost of the products and the delivery costs. The customer shall be responsible for delivery costs when the return is for reasons other than defective products.

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If the customer requires a refund instead of replacing the merchandise, this must be made within 15 days from the date the goods are received in the Vicente Gandia Winery warehouse.
