How are purchases paid for?
There are three ways to pay for the purchase:
  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer to the following account number: 2100 8616 75 0200023353
  • Pay Pal
How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the customer at the time the purchase is made or the address that appears on our database.

Products will be delivered within 48 hours, depending on the availability of the product and the delivery address. If these delivery times cannot be respected for technical reasons, the customer will be contacted with the aim to arrange a new delivery time.

The delivery time for orders paid by bank transfer or deposit will commence from the time has the transfer receipt in its possession.

If there is any delay in the delivery times, please contact us by telephone +34 or by email.
Do I need to pay anything to the transport company?
In no case should any amount paid to the delivery company.
What happens if there is a broken or defective bottle?
Customers may only return a product in the following cases:
  • If the quantity of products delivered does not match the quantity in the order.
  • If the box has been seriously damaged in such a way that the quality of the products is affected, in which case this must be communicated to the driver and recorded on the delivery docket.
  • If the products received do not match the order placed
In the case of incidents in delivery or if the customer wishes to return a product(s), Vicente Gandia Winery must be notified within five days from the date the product is received. To do this, please contact us by email.

In the case of damaged packaging, the customer must not accept the delivery, communicating to the courier driver that it is rejected, or accepted, indicating the defect on the delivery docket and contacting Vicente Gandia Winery, always within 24 hours following delivery.

In the case of defective product returns, will refund the cost of the products and the delivery costs. The customer shall be responsible for delivery costs when the return is for reasons other than defective products.

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If the customer requires a refund instead of replacing the merchandise, this must be made within 15 days from the date the goods are received in the Vicente Gandia Winery warehouse.
Can I send my purchases to other people?
Of course, offers the possibility to send purchases to addresses other than the address considered the usual address.
To which geographical area does distribute? presently distributes to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Orders are NOT accepted from countries other than Spain.
